Terms and Conditions
All deliveries will be at retail price unless otherwise stated. However, all prices are subject to change without notice. All wholesale prices exclude government Wine Equalisation Tax (WET) and GST. The WET will be charged where applicable. In all cases GST will be charged on the final Net invoice price, after the WET, if applicable.
You must be over 18 years of age to order. Payment via secure on line credit card only.
Delivery will be made via Australia Post. All products are fully insured. Once payments are received, please allow up to 10 business days for delivery.
Report all claims to: The Manager. All claims of whatever nature must be reported to The Manager within 7 days after receipt of goods or the purchaser is deemed to forfeit any claims for damages or set off against GHW. Please quote invoice number, account name, delivery address and date, as well as all other relevant information pertaining to your claim, without exception.
Subject only to the provisions of the Trade Practices Act which necessarily apply to the contract and cannot be excluded, all other implied terms, conditions and warranties are hereby expressly excluded and GHW's liability is limited to: the cost of replacing goods; OR the cost of obtaining equivalent goods; whichever is the lower amount.
GHW will accept faulty stock (including label damage, dry breaks, leakers or short fills etc.) for replacement only if seals on bottles are still intact and date not expired. Damaged stock found after delivery must be returned in original carton for replacement. In all cases, stock must be viewed and returned through GHW.
Supply invoice number and delivery date must be provided in order to action replacement or credit. No replacement or credit will be forthcoming on stock broken or damaged on the purchaser's premises.
Return of Stock
The Manager must view stock offered for return for whatever reason. Invoice number and delivery date must be quoted, before any returns will be accepted for credit and authorisation is required from the GHT Account Manager.
Federal Government Charges
Wine Equalisation Tax - As a % of final Net Invoice Value - Effective at date of printing.
Wine - 29%: Wine - (low alcohol) 29% - (less applicable state rebates). GST - As a % of final Net Invoice Value, after WET, if applicable - 10%.
