Bright pale straw

Nose

This wine has some floral notes with delicate grassy Sauvignon Blanc characters.  Highlighted by hints of capsicum and citric character, we think this is more typical of a Tasmanian style.

Palate

Juicy and tight with citrus acidity, the palate has herbal and grassy notes.  Complimented with mineral elements, very nice balance and a long fruit driven finish, this wine is an excellent choice for drinking in 2009/10.
