Nose

This wine has some floral notes with delicate grassy Sauvignon Blanc characters.  Note delicate even pretty herbaceousness that is more grassy than pea green or green beans.  We think this is more typical of a Tasmanian style.

Palate

Delicate lychee fruit complemented by a long palate with hints of grassiness on the finish.  The acidity adds a minerality to the wine, mouth feel has a rounded river pebble character.
